For students with learning differences, ADHD, autism, dyslexia, executive functioning challenges, anxiety, or academic struggles that have not improved with generic tutoring.
When A Smart Child Starts Avoiding Schoolwork, Waiting Rarely Makes It Better.
Reading takes forever. Writing feels impossible. Homework becomes a battle. And every week that passes can chip away at confidence. The problem is rarely effort — often, your child has never been given a plan built for how they actually learn.
The Assessment Is Not The End Goal. It's The Roadmap.
The $60 Academic Success Assessment gives you a clear, personalized plan: what your child is struggling with, what goals to work toward next, and which supports may help. You can take the plan and use it with your school, another provider, or hire Pathways to coach your child through it.
Start With A Free 15-Minute Fit Call
If you are still figuring out whether Pathways is the right fit, a short call can help. You can briefly share what is going on, ask a few questions, and decide whether the Academic Success Assessment makes sense as your next step.
What this call is for
A quick conversation about your child’s biggest academic concern, whether Pathways sounds like a match, and whether the assessment is the right next move.
What this call is not
It is not the full diagnostic process, a custom academic plan, or a substitute for the Academic Success Assessment.
Best for parents who are unsure
If you have already tried tutoring, school supports, or a lot of advice without clarity, this gives you an easier way to start the conversation.
Most families who already know they need a real plan should go straight to the Academic Success Assessment. The fit call is simply there when you want a lighter first conversation.

Hi, I'm Marina Lee, J.D.
I built Pathways for families who need more than another hour of homework help. Your child needs someone who can look at the full picture — reading, writing, confidence, learning patterns, and the emotional weight of school — then turn that into a plan that actually makes sense.
My background includes 10 years of coaching and advising, 20 years in business law, seven years in professional business writing and legal research, and a certificate in business writing from Duke University. I bring that same careful listening, analysis, and clear-plan approach to students and families.
Clear Thinking, Careful Listening, And A Plan People Can Use
These comments come from Marina's adult professional and graduate-application clients. They speak to the process she brings to Pathways: listening closely, finding the real barrier, and turning uncertainty into practical next steps.
She explains in an easy way and shares a methodology that helps me continue to evolve on my own.
She helped me with my graduate school application. Everything was efficient and went smoothly.

Pathways Academic System™ Coaching Membership
The assessment is not the finish line. It gives you a practical Academic Success Plan with clear goals, recommended next steps, and a coaching path your family can use anywhere — at home, with school, with another provider, or with Pathways.
If you want Marina and Pathways to help implement the plan, the monthly coaching membership turns the assessment into consistent support, skill-building, parent communication, and measurable progress.
Not Just Better Grades. More Confidence. More Independence. More Peace At Home.
Parents do not just buy tutoring. They buy the moment their child stops saying “I can’t” and starts believing “I can do this.”
Reading Feels Less Overwhelming
Your child gets support with comprehension, stamina, and understanding what they read.
Writing Stops Feeling Impossible
We help students organize their thoughts so they can stop staring at a blank page.
Homework Gets Calmer
Students learn strategies that reduce shutdowns, avoidance, and nightly battles.
Parents Get A Plan
You’ll know what your child needs, why they’re struggling, and what comes next.
Progress Is Measured
Every 30 days, we reassess, review wins, adjust strategy, and set the next goals.
Confidence Comes Back
The goal is a child who raises their hand, attempts hard work, and feels capable again.
Before You Book
Is Pathways only for students with ADHD or autism?
No. Pathways is for students who learn differently. That may include ADHD, autism, dyslexia, executive functioning challenges, anxiety, or students who are struggling academically and need a more personalized plan.
Is this tutoring?
It includes academic support, but the goal is bigger than finishing homework. Pathways focuses on helping students build the skills, confidence, and strategies they need to become more independent learners.
What happens during the Academic Success Assessment?
The assessment includes a parent interview, student learning profile, reading and writing assessment, confidence assessment, Academic Success Report, personalized success plan, recommended academic goals, and a suggested coaching path. The plan is useful whether you continue with Pathways, share it with school, or use it with another provider.
Do we have to enroll in coaching after the assessment?
No. The assessment is designed to give you clarity first. You can use the report and goals at home, share them with school, take them to another provider, or enroll in Pathways coaching if you want ongoing support implementing the plan.
Do you accept ESA+ funding?
Ask during your assessment request and we’ll confirm the best next step for your family. This page can be updated with exact ESA-approved wording once your final compliance language is confirmed.
What is the free 15-minute fit call for?
The fit call is a short, low-pressure conversation for parents who want to ask a few questions before committing to the Academic Success Assessment. It helps you decide whether Pathways is the right fit and whether the assessment is the right next step. It is not a full evaluation or a personalized success plan.
What if we have already tried tutoring?
That is common. Many families come to Pathways after homework help, apps, school support, or generic tutoring has not stuck. The assessment helps identify what is actually holding your child back and what plan may fit them better.
Is progress guaranteed?
No ethical academic service can guarantee a specific grade or result. Pathways provides personalized assessment, coaching, parent communication, and progress tracking to support meaningful growth over time.
Stop Guessing What Your Child Needs. Get The Plan.
Book the $60 Academic Success Assessment and receive a clear report with practical goals, recommended supports, and an optional coaching path if you want Pathways to help your child move forward.
